On our appointment we will provide you with one point of contact, this person will deal with all aspects of the project.

Your Project Manager will be responsible for keeping you, the client informed on all aspects of the project, managing the communication process, the development of the design, developing safe systems of work, the project program, project mobilisation, cost control, monitoring and reporting and will have the overall responsibility for delivering the project on time, within budget and to the required quality standard.

The Project Manager will appoint an on site supervisor who will be his day to day eyes and ears and will have the operational responsibility for ensuring safe working practices, co-ordination of trades and the design team, communication with adjacent occupiers, managing deliveries and collections, site security and safety.

We employ the best and most up to date working practices and fully comply with the latest Health & Safety Executive guidelines and legislation, we use a simple but comprehensive Quality Assurance system that covers project procedures, contract control and delivery quality audit systems.
